POLICIES
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
Barnyard Knits is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing and has been marked “delivered”, please contact your local post office and follow their protocol.
REFUNDS/RETURNS:
Unused yarn in original packaging may be exchanged for a refund within 45 days of purchase. You MUST contact me through email BEFORE you ship any products back for approval and return address. Returned items must be in original state. We will not accept yarns that have been wound/balled. All returned items will be inspected for damage( i.e.,smoke,animal hair,cleanliness) before refund is issued. Packages mailed to Barnyard Knits which are ineligible for return will not be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange
Refunds will be issued for full invoice amount minus any shipping costs incurred. Shipping costs will only be refunded if your item was damaged in transit / improperly shipped thus prompting return.
We will gladly work with you regarding flawed or damaged skeins/goods contact us first at barnyardknits@aol.com
Please allow up to two weeks for all returns/exchanges to be processed.
IMPORT FEES/TAXES
Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival. Please check your local government agency for these costs.
